Posterior Hip Mobilization:
Place a stretching band around a quad. Be on your fours and place the banded-feet in front of the other under the band. Stay on oscillating your hip along with every pull of the band. This exercise is better for individuals having problem in driving their bikes.
Shoulder Extension And External Rotation:
Another exercise is to rotate both of your palms while holding a stretching band. The patient must lean back while holding the band strongly and stretch his arms above their head to engage their muscles. This exercise is better for problem with shoulder joints.

Anterior Hip Mobilization:
Use a stretching band again to place around the crease of one of your quad hip and place it back. Do place your knee on the ground while rotate the hip forward in a slowly manner. This exercise is better for losing down those tight hip flexors which is common in cyclists and runners.
Ankle Dorsiflexion:
For ankle flexibility, maintain a standing position while placing the stretching band above your feet’s ankle. Step onward in your front side and oscillate your feet outward. Do repeat the same exercise while facing to other directions. Runners can save their great energy with this exercise.

They prescribe different exercise to be performed continuously.
